The 2017 Athens Marathon will take place
on Sunday 12 November, 2017
The Hellenic Athletics Federation,
Organizer of the Athens Marathon,
has set specific participation limits which are as follows:
Marathon Race – 18,500 entries
10km Road Race – 9,000 entries
5km Road Race, Morning – 9,000 entries
5km Road Race, Afternoon – 6,000 entries
Out of the above numbers,
a percentage of 20% will be available for individual registrations
in the 10km and 5km Morning Races and 60% in the Marathon Race
and 5km Afternoon Race.
